His main products are Heather Honey, a well rounded honey with a hint of vanilla and lime which is a great source of natural energy and Blossom Honey. This honey has a mild, slightly floral flavour and has many health benefits which are good for a number of ailments.


His values are centred round treating the bees with respect and making honey that has identified him with a quality product.


Marcus knows all too well the vagaries of nature. The decline of honey colonies through changes in agricultural practices and pesticides is threatening one of the most precious natural substances on the planet. So it’s quite a feat of nature that seemingly against all the odds the bees, with a little help from Marcus, are still able to deliver this truly miracle product. Recognition that the brand is a living, breathing thing; an amalgam of the logo, the packaging and the website is really important. The first opportunity to showcase this was on the jar, where the look and feel would be true to its personality, reflecting its Yorkshire provenance; fresh and confident with the ability to stand out on the shelf.
